Valencia Lakes

I'm planning to start a Braver Angels Club in Valencia Lakes.

Braver Angels is a nationwide organization that started in 2016.  Braver Angels mission is to "Bring Americans together to bridge the partisan divide and strengthen our democratic republic.  For more details about Braver Angels, see the Braver Angels website at braverangels.org.

The first words of the United States Constitution are "We the People."  In the Braver Angels Club, members will get an opportunity to understand and practice "We the People."  Members will focus on what unites Americans, not what divides Americans.  Members will learn the importance of these behaviors:

1. Showing respect to others.

2. Understanding other perspectives.

3. Building trust.

4. Working together.
